George Potamias holds a Degree in Mathematics and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence & Mathematical Logic from the University of Patras. He joined the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) at FORTH in 1992 where he was elected Associated Researcher (1999), and currently holds a Principal Researcher position (from 2005). He is member of the Computational BioMedicine Laboratory (CBML) conducting research on Biomedical Informatics and Machine Learning.
